Director of Media Relations BEAUMONT, Texas - Lamar University has 128 student-athletes from 12 sports named to the Southland Conference Spring 2026 Commissioner's List, announced league officials Wednesday afternoon. To be considered for the Commissioner's List, student-athletes must have (1) maintained at least a 3.0 grade point average throughout the semester and (2) be eligible to compete in a conference sport during the 2026 spring semester. Out of the 128 student-athletes, 56 recorded a 3.5 GPA while 18 achieved a perfect 4.0. Baseball led the way with 26 student-athletes. While track...
