Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Grabs Three Spots on Academic All-Area Team, Almgren Named Performer of the Year
PHILADELPHIA 鈥� The Swarthmore College men’s lacrosse team had three student-athletes selected to the Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Team on Tuesday. In addition, Clay Almgren was chosen the Academic All-Area Performer of the Year. Almgren was joined on the squad by teammates Jack McHenry and Drew Tyson . It was the second career selection for Tyson. The team is voted on by the athletic communications offices of the institutions in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
