Lilly Peters Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors
Lilly Peters of the Lindenwood track and field team has been earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors as announced on Tuesday. Peters competed in the NCAA West Prelims in Fayetteville Ark. finishing 38 th in the Javelin Throw, becoming Lindenwood's first track and field athlete to compete at NCAA's since moving to Division I. Peters has had an outstanding outdoor campaign, finishing in the top five in the Javelin six times, including four first place finishes. One of those first-place finishes came at the Drake Relays where she threw 47.97m, taking the top spot and breaking the school record....
