Taggart, Thompson Named Academic All-District
By: Tim Flynn Academic All-District At-Large Teams GOLDEN, Colo. - Colorado School of Mines golfer Lukas Taggart and wrestler Cody Thompson have been named to the College Sports Communicators' Academic All-District At-Large team in recognition of their academic and athletic achievement in 2025-26. The duo, both seniors, were both selected to move on to the ballot for Academic All-America after standout seasons for their teams. Taggart earns the honor for the third consecutive year after being named the RMAC Academic Golfer of the Year this spring.
