CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Karly Niesen will begin her first season as an assistant coach for head coach Christa Fabre this fall. She enjoyed a decorated five-year career as the Wheeling University Cardinals' setter from 2020-24 and served as the Cardinals' graduate assistant for two campaigns. During her playing career, Niesen was a five-time All- Mountain East Conference honoree, including being named the MEC's Volleyball Player of the Year during both the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
