Luchovick Earns ABCA Defensive All-Region Honors
GREENSBORO, N.C. 鈥� On Thursday afternoon, the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced their 2026 Defensive All-Region Teams. The Falcons earned one honor with Matt Luchovick earning a spot on the All-Region V Defensive Team as the catcher. The MAC Commowealth Co-Defensive Player of the Year, Matt Luchovick earned a spot on the All-Region V Defensive team after a great year behind the plate for the Falcons. Luchovick threw our 50% of runners stealing with 19 caught stolen bases on 38 attempts. Luchovick finished the year with a .994 fielding percentage, while committing only two errors in 333 chances.
