Augusta, Ga. - One of the highlights of the Augusta University softball season came in early March when junior Kristyn Ezzo fired a no-hitter against Middle Georgia in a 4-0 win. Ezzo, who finished the year with a 3.39 ERA, dominated the Crusaders. She finished the game with nine strikeouts with a pair of walks and one hit batsman. The interesting part was all three base runners reached in the first inning. Ezzo would then retire the last 19 batters to complete the no-hitter.
