Chiaro Hired as Director of Football Operations
WEST POINT, N.Y. 鈥� Army West Point Football and head coach Jeff Monken have announced the hiring of Tony Chiaro as the program's new Director of Football Operations. Chiaro arrives at West Point following a three-year tenure at Youngstown State University, most recently serving as the Penguins' Chief of Staff and Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations. At Youngstown State, Chiaro spearheaded the day-to-day logistical operations of the football program.
