FRISCO, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi golf program saw its entire lineup be honored for academic excellence as the Southland Conference released the 2026 All-Academic Team Wednesday. The five Islanders selected are Lucia Ramirez , Samantha Gibbs , Tristan Gabbard , Elsa Tornvall , and Hannah Creekmore . The squad made up the lineup that took the program to the postseason and won the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship for the fifth time. Gabbard hoisted a perfect 4.0 GPA while completing her MBA.
