BRIDGEWATER, N.J. 鈥� Senior Elisa Parazzi has been named the NEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive year, the conference office announced on Wednesday. A four-year Seahawk, Parazzi is a senior high jumper from Angera, Italy who graduates from Wagner with a double major in international affairs and economics, adding minors in history and human rights.
