Baseball: Whitman Collects Second All-American Honor
By: Billi Derleth, Sports Information Director LA MIRADA --- James Whitman continued his award-winning season by earning D2 Baseball Second Team All-America recognition, his second All-America honor of the season. The Eagles' slugger previously earned All-America honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings (ABCA). The ABCA also named Whitman its West Region Position Player of the Year and selected him to the All-West Region First Team.
