Three Mighty Macs Lacrosse Players Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors
IMMACULATA, Pa.- The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released its Academic All-District At-Large Team selections on Tuesday afternoon, and Immaculata had three men’s lacrosse players earn honors. Daniel Alvarez (Westminster, Md. / Westminster), Ryan Gorman (Newtown Square, Pa. / Marple Newtown), and Jason Smaron (Philadelphia, Pa. / Father Judge) earned honors. Daniel Alvarez started all 18 games while helping anchor one of the conference’s top defensive units. Alvarez totaled 40 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers, consistently making an impact through his physical play, defensive awareness, and ability to disrupt opposing offenses.
