Secker and Osuigwe Earn National ITA Awards
RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State women's tennis garnered a pair of national honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, the organization announced Tuesday. After first earning Carolina Regional recognition, assistant coach David Secker was named the ITA National Assistant Coach of the Year, while Victoria Osuigwe collected ITA National Rookie of the Year honors. With two national award winners, NC State was one of three programs to receive multiple ITA honors, tying North Carolina and Texas A&M for the most in the nation.
