Garza Promoted to Recruiting Coordinator
GW baseball Assistant Coach Ramon Garza has been elevated to the program's recruiting coordinator, Head Coach Gregg Ritchie announced on Tuesday. Garza arrived in Foggy Bottom in 2025 and helped guide GW's squad during the 2026 season. Garza now takes the lead on all recruiting-related items for GW baseball, including talent evaluation, campus visits and travel. A valued member of GW's staff last season, Garza helped three players earn All-Conference awards, including Robbie Lavey and Cristino Tufano , who were selected as A-10 Second Team honorees.
