CALIFORNIA (June 16) – California (PA) junior Chaz Ekoniak was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team on Tuesday afternoon. Ekoniak earned the accolade for the first time in his career as he became the program's first recipient of the honor since 2023. A native of Ohio, Ekoniak finished second on the team with a scoring average of 73.7 strokes over 28 rounds, an improvement of two strokes from last year.
