Utah transfer Kennedy Proctor committed to Oklahoma State on Saturday. Through her first two seasons of college softball, Proctor has a .329 batting average with 20 homers and 69 RBIs. As a sophomore this past season, Proctor slashed .338/.461/.706, leading the Utes with 14 home runs and tying for a team lead with 13 doubles.
