Ramsey softball gets first state title since 2019 in win over Barnegat
SOUTH ORANGE - Ramsey pitcher Brooke Donofrio tossed a one-hitter with 16 strikeouts and slammed a solo homer as Ramsey thumped Barnegat 8-1 to win the Group 2 softball title June 11 at Ivy Hill Park. It is the Rams鈥� first softball state title since 2019. Ramsey scored two in the first inning as Donofrio and Lily Kriz hit back-to-back doubles.
