June 11, 2026 EUGENE, Ore - Sophomore Sasha Garnett earned Second-Team All-American honors in women鈥檚 shot put while senior Hayley Kitching placed second overall across all three heats to qualify for Saturday鈥檚 women鈥檚 800m final on the second day of competition at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Garnett concluded her outdoor season with a shot put mark of 16.37m (53-8.50) to place 16th and to earn her first All-American honors of her career.
