Cal Crosby Named the 2026 Sal Buscaglia Coach of the Year
HAMBURG, N.Y . 鈥� Cal Crosby has been named the 2026 Hilbert College | Sal Buscaglia Coach of the Year, following a historic season with the Women’s Volleyball program. In his fifth season leading the Hawks, Crosby led Hilbert to a 20-11 campaign, breaking program records for most wins and fewest losses in a season. The Hawks began the season with three consecutive wins and later strung together a nine-game winning streak, the longest in team history.
