By: Aaron Rollins, Assistant Sports Information Director LA MIRADA --- Nineteen Eagles of the Biola women's water polo team were named to the Western Water Polo Association All-Academic Team on Wednesday. The Eagles were represented by one graduate student, three seniors, five juniors, five sophomores and five freshmen. Ava LoBue was the lone graduate student who earned recognition while pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy. Biola's senior honorees were Devon Coppes (English), Mia Mulhall (Liberal Studies Elementary Education) and Emily Guedel (History).
