WASHINGTON — Washington girls basketball hopes to keep as much of its success and personnel as possible following its Class 3A state championship-winning season. That’s what made Beth Peters the perfect fit to take on an elevated role on the sidelines as she was announced as the program’s next head coach on June 9.
