EUGENE – The Rice men's track and field team closed out the 2026 campaign at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on Wednesday evening, where Jack Greaves and Ty Hampton represented Rice. Greaves rounded out his sophomore campaign, finishing 20 th in the javelin with a throw of 68.02m to earn All-American Honorable Mention recognition. Hampton closed his career 22nd in the javelin with a throw of 66.33m, also earning All-American Honorable Mention accolades.
