Mike Henchen Announces Retirement After 16 Years At St. John Fisher
PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Mike Henchen, the preeminent figure in shaping St. John Fisher University’s cross country and track and field teams, announced his retirement from coaching on Thursday after 16 decorated years with the Cardinals’ programs. Henchen, hired before the inaugural seasons for each program in 2011, began his run at Fisher as the interim head coach for the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field teams.
