Collins Signs Professional Contract with USPBL’s Westside Woolly Mammoths
UTICA, Mich. – Former Concord pitcher Kerry Collins has signed a professional contract in the United States Professional Baseball League (USPBL), an independent league in the Detroit Metro area. Collins inked his contract with the Westside Woolly Mammoths who are leading the USPBL standings at 9-2 through 11 games this season. The Bluefield, West Virginia native will become part of the pitching staff as the Woolly Mammoths navigate a 45-game schedule that wraps up in September.
