Barry Named Permanent Head Baseball Coach
Reading, Pa- Penn State Berks Director of Athletics Barry Beal has announced that Michael “Boomer” Barry has been named the permanent head coach of the Penn State Berks baseball program. Barry assumed leadership of the program as interim head coach prior to the 2026 season and guided the team through a period of transition while continuing to foster a positive culture centered on student-athlete development and success.
