Aledo Bearcats Win Back-to-Back 5A D1 State Baseball Titles With 3-1 Victory
Aledo claimed its third state baseball championship and second consecutive 5A Division I title with a 3-1 win over Montgomery Lake Creek at Dell Diamond Stadium. Lucas Nawrocki, an LSU commit, carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning before a solo home run by Peyton Trummell broke it up. Carhett Love closed it out with a strikeout to seal the title.
