UMAC Releases Winter and Spring Academic All-Conference Teams; 119 UNW Student-Athletes Earn Honors
ST. PAUL, Minn. 鈥� The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference released its winter and spring Academic All-Conference teams and individual award winners on Wednesday morning. For the third straight year, the University of Northwestern established a new program record with 119 student-athletes earning Academic All-Conference recognition. The Eagles finished second among all UMAC institutions in total honorees, behind only Wisconsin-Superior, which led the league with 127 recipients. Student-athletes qualify for UMAC Academic All-Conference honors by achieving a GPA of 3.50 or higher during the semesters in which their sport competes.
