BOISE, Idaho – Filip Soderqvist earned Mountain Region Rookie of the Year, announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) on Tuesday. In his debut season, Soderqvist picked up three freshman of the week honors awarded by the Mountain West. The freshman from Norrtalje, Sweden recorded a total of 43 wins this past season, including a 23-15 mark in singles play and a 20-13 record in doubles.
