Isaac Wood Takes Charge as Head Coach of Southern Utah Track & Field
CEDAR CITY, Utah 鈥� Southern Utah University Athletics has announced the hiring of Isaac Wood as the next head coach of the Thunderbirds men’s and women’s track & field and cross country programs. Wood succeeds longtime coach Eric Houle, who retired following the 2026 season after more than two decades leading one of the most successful programs in Big Sky Conference history.
