SAN DIEGO – Cal State San Marcos softball center fielder Czar Fleischman was recognized by the San Diego Hall of Champions as one of the 2026 May Stars of the Month. Fleischman led the Cougars to a 14-6 record in May by hitting .459 (28-of-61) with eight doubles, one triple, five home runs, 28 RBIs and 20 runs. The senior from Berkeley also tallied 10 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games, including a 3-for-4 performance with two doubles, a home run and five RBIs at Cal State San Bernardino on May 2.
