FORT MYERS, Fla. – Ozia Trujillo is planning on running it back, and now we know when. FGCU cross country announced its 2026 schedule on Tuesday afternoon with four challenging competitions leading up to the 2026 Atlantic Sun Conference Championships. Trujillo, who set a new championship record last year with a time of 16:20.2, will lead FGCU's squad when the team begins the season in Jacksonville on Sept. 4 with the Florida Intercollegiate Invitational.
