The College of Staten Island's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) wrapped up a successful partnership with Special Olympics New York through a basketball initiative. Over several Sundays from March to May 2026, CSI student-athletes supported athletes from Eden II residences by conducting basketball drills. The initiative concluded with a Skills Showcase, where athletes demonstrated their skills and received medals. Going forward, CSI Athletics plans to continue this collaborative effort into the Fall 2026 semester.
