Batesville, AR – Two Lyon College baseball players earned recognition from Natural State Baseball following strong performances during the 2026 season. Ashton Compton and Kooper McCoy were both named Honorable Mention selections by the organization. Both student-athletes also garnered Third Team All-SLIAC honors for their contributions to the Scots on the field. Compton, a junior from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, started 43 games for the Scots and was a key contributor throughout the season.
