Doyle promoted to Assistant Basketball Coach at Hofstra
Shane Doyle has been promoted assistant men鈥檚 basketball coach at Hofstra. Doyle first joined Speedy Claxton鈥檚 staff as the coordinator of video and player development in July 2024 and is entering his third season with the program. Prior to joining the Pride, Doyle was an assistant men鈥檚 basketball coach at Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut for the 2023-24 season. With Doyle on the bench, the Eagles qualified for the NCAA Division II Men鈥檚 Basketball Tournament on the back of a 21-win season and advancing to the semifinals of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.
