AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's basketball head coach Mike Leflar announced the hire of Kate Bulger as the Director of Operations on Monday afternoon. Bulger moves into the Director of Operations role after spending the past four seasons as a team manager for the women's basketball program.
