Elaine Grant Named WGCA East All-Region
UIS senior golfer Elaine Grant has been named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) East All-Region Team, the organization announced Wednesday. The honor is the first All-Region selection of her career. Grant caps off one of the most accomplished careers in UIS golf history. A three-time All-GLVC selection and two-time NCAA Championships qualifier, she continued her standout play this spring by earning individual qualification to the national championship after tying for second place at the NCAA Regional and finishing as the top individual not on a qualifying team.
