GREENWOOD, Ind. – Senior Kirk Bearjar and sophomore Marco Chenet from the Geneva baseball team were honored by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) this week as Academic All-District selections for their excellence both on the field and in the classroom over this past year. To receive this distinction, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically while holding a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50.
