WMU Baseball Picks Up Slugger AJ Lucas
KALAMAZOO, Mich. 鈥� The Western Michigan baseball team and head coach Billy Gernon have announced the signing of transfer outfielder AJ Lucas. Lucas joins 14 student-athletes already signed to the program who are set to arrive at WMU in the fall of 2026 and begin suiting up for the Broncos for the 2027 season. Lucas is headed to Kalamazoo from Moberly Area Community College in Moberly, Mo., where he is coming off of a record-setting sophomore season.
