KANSAS CITY — Texas Wesleyan University's Makena Junkin earned NAIA Women's Golf First-Team All-America honors for the 2025-26 season, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Wednesday Junkin, a junior from Burleson, Texas, capped a historic season by claiming the 2026 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship individual title and was one of 15 student-athletes selected to the NAIA Women's Golf First-Team All-America Team.
