Sewell named Lion Pride Male Student-Athlete of the Year
FORT SMITH, Ark. 鈥� Men's golfer Sam Sewell has been named the Lion Pride Award winner for Male Student-Athlete of the Year. The Student-Athlete of the Year award is given to a graduating student-athlete with at least a 3.0 GPA while excelling in the field of play. Sewell earned All-MIAA honors and led the Lions with a 73.1 scoring average. He had four of the seven lowest rounds by a Lion this season with a low of 66 (-5) and 16 rounds of par or better.
