UVA Wise adds Adgate as Assistant Basketball Coach
The University of Virginia鈥檚 College at Wise (UVA Wise) Head Men鈥檚 Basketball Coach Blake Mellinger recently announced that Joe Adgate will be joining his staff as Assistant Men鈥檚 Basketball Coach. Adgate arrives in Wise after serving as an Assistant Men鈥檚 Basketball Coach at Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina since the 2022-2023 season. During his four seasons in Salisbury, Adgate assisted the Catawba College Indians to two South Atlantic Conference Tournament Championships and four NCAA DII Tournament appearances.
