HOUSTON – Senior Darya Schwartzman was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Third Team, the organization announced Tuesday. Schwartzman becomes the first Rice women's tennis student-athlete to earn Academic All-America honors since 2018 and just the third in program history, joining the first honoree from 1999. The senior from Israel, helped lead the Owls to their first American Conference Championship and earned All-Conference honors this season.
