Runa Muderrisoglu becomes the first CSC Academic All-American in LR Women鈥檚 Tennis history
HICKORY, N.C. - Runa Muderrisoglu of the Lenoir-Rhyne women's tennis team made history on Tuesday, becoming the first player in program history to be named an Academic All-American. Muderrisoglu was a second team honoree. Muderrisoglu was an All-SAC First Team singles honoree, going 12-7 at the #1 spot and 8-3 in conference play. Her and her doubles partner Mehetia Boosie were named to the doubles All-SAC Second Team, going 20-5 at the #2 position and 8-2 in conference play.
