DAHLONEGA – Five University of North Georgia (UNG) men's and women's tennis student-athletes have been named to the 2026 Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team, the league announced Tuesday. The PBC All-Academic Team, formerly known as the Team of Academic Distinction, recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. To earn recognition, student-athletes must participate in at least half of their team's events as a starter or significant contributor, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
