Hansen, Abdallah Headline All-LL Outdoor Track & Field Honors
The University of Rochester men’s track and field team scored two major Liberty League awards to cap off the outdoor campaign, as announced by the conference on Tuesday. Sophomore Emmett Hansen was named Co-Men’s Field Athlete of the Year, while first-year Barack Abdallah was selected as the Men’s Outdoor Rookie of the Year. Additionally, Rochester received 14 total All-Conference accolades. The Yellowjackets had three First Team selections, eight Second-Team honorees and three Honorable Mention awards.
