McBratney Selected As UMAC South Rookie of the Year, Earns Honorable Mention, and Named To UMAC All-Sportsmanship Team
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) has released the end of the season awards for the sport of women’s tennis. WU’s Maggie McBratney was selected as the UMAC South Division Rookie of the Year, earned an Honorable Mention, and was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team. McBratney, a first-year student-athlete from Platte City, Missouri had a great first collegiate tennis season where she posted a 3-3 overall record at No. 1 singles that included two UMAC victories.
