Shippensburg University mourns the loss of Kristen Houck-Yeager ’06/’07M
By: SU Sports Information SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University mourns the loss of Kristen Houck-Yeager '06/'07M, a former field hockey player for the Raiders. SU extends its condolences to her family and friends. Yeager, a Central Berks Police Officer, was killed Friday night in the line of duty while responding to a call for service. A 2006 graduate of Shippensburg with a degree in criminal justice, Yeager went on to earn her master's degree in administration of justice from Shippensburg in December 2007. Yeager hailed from Reading and arrived at Shippensburg in 2002 after graduating from Exeter Township High School....
