Schmidt Named GCAA PING All-Region
NORMAN, Okla. (5/30/26) 鈥� Arkansas State men's golf senior Thomas Schmidt has been voted to the 2026 PING All-Central Region team, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced Saturday. Named Sun Belt Golfer of the Year for the third consecutive season, Schmidt has posted his best season yet with a single-season program-record 69.21 scoring average ahead of the NCAA Championships this weekend.
