Rosina Machu runs program record 5k time to advance to NCAA Finals
FAYETTEVILLE, ARK.- Rosina Machu broke her own program record with a tremendous performance on Saturday at the NCAA West Regionals, punching her ticket to the finals of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:38.43. Machu, the program record holder in the 5,000 meters,and the 10,000 meters, will be running in both events in the NCAA Outdoor Track Finals in Eugene, Oregon after finishing in the top 10 in the West in both events in the span of just 48 hours.
