Nabea Steps Down as Cross Country Coach
HONOLULU – Chaminade University Athletics announced Friday the departure of longtime men's and women's cross country head coach Shadrack Nabea . Nabea, who had spent 18 years with the program, the first six as an assistant and the last 12 as head coach, guided the Silverswords to a number of outstanding seasons during his tenure. During his 12 years as head coach, the men's program had 18 individual podium finishes (top 3 overall finishes) with five race victories while the women had 15 podium finishes and six individual wins.
